The Piazza di Spagna Suites - Just for us - luxury guest house by Piazza di Spagna in Rome surely enjoys of of the most enviable locations in the city for just about every reason imaginable. You’d like one of the world’s most beautiful and iconic monuments on the doorstep? Check. You’d like to be within easy walking distance of many other famous sights and attractions? Check! How about exclusive shopping, designer outlets and boutiques? Check! Public transport? Check. The city’s most beautiful park? Check.
As you can see, we’re located on one of Rome’s oldest and most historic streets, Via del Babuino, which runs the length of the historical city centre including through Piazza di Spagna, at the bottom of the Spanish Steps.
Spagna metro station is around the corner, connecting you to Termini in three stops and much of the rest of the city too - including St Peter’s and the Vatican and the Colosseum! At the top of the steps you’ve got city views galore and a short walk to the PIncio viewpoint and Villa Borghese, while in the immediate vicinity you’ve got the designer stores on Via dei Condotti and the buzzing and vibrant centro storico di Roma all around you.
From Fiumicino (FCO) take the Leonardo Express Train by day (by night you’re limited to taxi or Cotral coach service) to Termini Station. The train runs every 30 minutes until around 11.00pm and currently costs under €20. From Ciampino (CIA) take one of several coach services to Termini, all clearly visible at the Arrivals exit and all costing less than €10 per person.

The total journey should take you less than two minutes on foot with luggage.
