Piazza di Spagna Suites - Just for us is a newly opened, small and private guest house in the centre of Rome with just two exquisite luxury suites. The whole property may be rented by a group of four or each suite may be occupied by a couple independently. There is a shared reception area for common use. Wi-Fi is included in the price.

The best part about the Piazza di Spagna Suites - Just for us - exclusive luxury guest house is our fine central location on Via del Babuino, one of the oldest and most historical streets in Rome, right next to the Spanish Steps.

Rooms & Services

The two guest suites at Piazza di Spagna Suites are as aesthetically appealing as they are comfortable and certainly as elegant as they are centrally located, but you'll be pleased to know that you'll want for little while using our pleasant little dwelling as your renaissance Rome accommodation. For the duration of your stay you'll have a beautiful, clean and quiet home base with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Each suite also has its own en suite private bathroom.

Each room is a healthy 33 square metres in area (that's about 350 square feet) with a marble or tile floor and has a modern, flat screen LCD TV with satellite channels, kettle and coffee machine and a large double bed. All toiletries, luxury towels and linens are provided plus hairdryer in the bathroom.

Our on-site staff can assist you in various ways after checking in, feel free to enquire about restaurant, museum or tour bookings and general advice on what to do and where to go in the city. Breakfast is not offered.
